CHOBANI ROUND TABLE

A multiple year event, our team has been asked to design, build and produce all elements for Chobani’s annual Round Table Meeting. Each year over 300 senior employees are flown out to a resort destination to attend a week’s worth of meetings and content, interdepartmental team building, and of course some well-deserved R&R. We were tasked with traveling the country alongside the client in order to identify the perfect location. Once selected, the Desert Springs Resort in Palm Springs became the focus of our logistic planning efforts for their most recent event. Everything from travel, to reservations and VIP guest requests was left to us to curate and arrange; not to mention the design, build, and full production of the experience itself.
